Egwyl Editors, Kara Beth Davies and Emma Tattum bounced their way to Chester’s newest trampoline park, Flip Out. This is how the pair got on and there’s even a highlights video of their night made by Emma.

I had never been to a trampoline park…until now! It was an evening of festive fun at Flip Out, the newest addition to the Chester area.
From the moment we stepped in to the venue (which is massive, by the way!), the staff were very helpful and friendly. I couldn’t have asked for a more welcoming greeting. We signed a few forms, handed our Flip Out socks, watched the demonstration video and we were good to go.
It is honestly the most exciting feeling as you walk through the vortex tunnel and faced with so many trampolines! I love how a boring warehouse has been made to look such a vibrant place. They have everything from a variety of trampolines (obviously), an assault course and even some basketball hoops to practice you hand eye co-ordination. At one point, I found myself jumping off a wall into a foam pit.
The atmosphere is bouncing, literally! There is a gold disco ball hanging from the ceiling accompanied with some fast tempo music. It’s the little touches like that which added to our experience.
A reason why I like this place so much is because you’re exercising while having a flippin’ good time! I would definitely recommend giving this place a visit, it’s somewhere to go as an early Christmas treat or burn off that Christmas dinner in the New Year!
